She Connects: Build Your Personal AI System with Claude A Workshop by Femme Palette partnering with Applifting Most people use AI by opening a chat window, asking a question, and then starting from scratch the next time. But the real productivity gains come from building a system that remembers and works alongside you. In this hands-on workshop, AI trainer and keynote speaker Barbora Malinovská from Applifting will open up her own Claude workspace and show you how an advanced AI user actually works day to day. You will get a behind-the-scenes look at her personal workflow and learn how to build a setup you can immediately apply to your own work. Barbora is an experienced teacher and will make sure you will leave with a tangible outcome. Date: Wednesday, 16.09. Time: 17:00-19:30 Location: River Garden Office, Entrance A, Rohanské nábřeží 17, 186 00 Praha Ticket: 499 CZK Throughout the workshop, you will build your own AI system step by step. We will have a short theoretical introduction and then get right into practise and building. So, come prepared and bring your laptop! Workshop Content: Create your first Claude project tailored to one of your real work areas Build a custom skill you will be able to reuse again and again Set up one scheduled task that runs on its own, for example a weekly summary or a recurring check-in Learn from Barbora’s personal AI workflow and adapt it to your own career Why join? Whether you work in marketing, product, HR, operations, consulting, design, entrepreneurship, or another field, this workshop will help you use AI more intentionally to boost your productivity and create more space for high-impact work. Instead of asking AI to solve isolated problems, you will learn how to build a system that supports your long-term career growth. Workshop Outcome: Your first configured Claude Project One reusable custom Skill One automated Scheduled Task A practical framework for integrating AI into your daily work New ideas and inspiration from other ambitious women in the Femme Palette community As always, there will also be time to connect with fellow community members, exchange ideas, and learn from one another over pizza. Please note: You should bring a laptop and have a Claude account already created before you arrive. To fully participate in the hands-on exercises, you will need an active Claude Pro subscription (Claude Team or Max is an option, too). The subscription costs CZK 550(15 EUR/USD 17)/month and gives you access to the features we’ll be using during the workshop.
