How TicketPlace works for buyers and sellers.
How does buying work?
Pick an offer, pay by card, and receive the ticket by email together with a link to your order. No account needed.
How do I know the ticket is genuine?
For Eventlook tickets we verify the ticket number directly in the organizer system. After payment the original ticket is voided and a new one is issued to you. For tickets from other sellers we hold the money until after the event.
Who can sell?
Verified sellers only. Before the first sale you fill in personal details, verify your bank account with a token payment and pass identity verification.
What does it cost?
Listing is free. On a sale we charge a service fee to both the buyer and the seller. You always see the exact amount before paying.
When do I get paid?
For Eventlook tickets right after the sale. For other tickets after the event, usually within a week, to your verified bank account.
What if I am refused entry?
Contact us as soon as possible, ideally from the entrance. For tickets from other sellers we still hold the money and refund you. Eventlook tickets are reissued by the organizer, so this does not happen.
