About the event

Jan Eskymo Welzl (1868–1948) byl český polárník, cestovatel, dobrodruh, lovec a náčelník eskymáků. Prezident T. G. Masaryk přivítal 29. listopadu roku 1928 na Pražském hradě velmi neobvyklou návštěvu. A ta schůzka se hodně protáhla, neboť Jan „Eskymo“ Welzl byl více než zdatným vypravěčem.
